"Legalize the damn thing...If you go to Amsterdam, and you go to where the stoners hang out in Amsterdam, you almost never see a fight break out. If you go to the bars of or England, Scotland or Germany fights break out all the time. In other words; alcohol induces violent behavior. I’ve never known a stoner, or a pot head to want to start a fight"
