"In our culture we think we're not having a good time unless we're legless. If I could legalize one, tobacco, alcohol or soft drugs, it would be cannabis. There's no doubt it is associated with long-term effects on the brain, but I find it hard to believe cannabis is more dangerous for personal health than alcohol or smoking."
